How do people sign in?

With their email address and a password. Your administrator adds each person in People & Access and sends them an invitation, and removing them ends their access at once.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. On a PC or a Mac it runs in your browser. On an iPhone or an Android phone, install the free Studio Zero app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same email and password. Employees get their jobs and chat; clients and outside people get chat.

Can clients see our internal work?

No. A client, consultant or partner is invited to one job and sees only what your administrator allows there.

What does the AI assistant cost?

Nothing extra. The AI is built into the app, included for everyone on your team, and answers from your company's own records.

What happens to deleted items?

They can be restored. Every company is also backed up every night.

Can we leave a monthly plan?

Yes. Plans are monthly or annual, and a monthly plan can be left at the end of any month.
